Supporting Cadillac, Buick, and GMC, I helped define how each brand's ownership and service experience is communicated across digital and physical channels. From luxury to utility, we created service messaging and assets that respected each brand’s audience—Cadillac's prestige, Buick’s quiet refinement, and GMC’s bold capability.
My work spanned web experiences, interactive tools, photography, email, social, video, and print—each crafted to reassure owners with a seamless, brand-consistent message: that Certified Service is not only trusted and expert, but also an essential part of the ownership journey.
In addition to Certified Service, I also worked on Chevy Performance, GM Genuine Parts, and ACDelco—bringing the same level of strategic creativity and execution across social media, digital platforms, and print campaigns.
