FORD SERVICE "THE SPECIALISTS" DIGITAL CAMPAIGN
As the lead digital creative on Ford Service, I've had the chance to work on quite a few campaigns over the years. With updates happening every quarter for Ford's seasonal sales events, there's always something new to tackle.
One of the most exciting projects was "The Specialists," where we tapped into the massive popularity of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to promote what makes Ford Service stand out for Ford owners and customers. By weaving his presence into the creative, we found a fun and powerful way to connect with our audience.
To bring the campaign to life, we combined smart design strategies with best practices in digital engagement. We created dynamic visuals, clear messaging, and user-friendly layouts that felt authentic to The Rock’s brand while reinforcing Ford Service’s expertise. Adapting the TV and print creative into digital and social spaces was a rewarding challenge — and it paid off.
The campaign reached hundreds of thousands of people through targeted ads, social media content, dealer services, and the adaptive website. By blending smart strategy with creative storytelling, "The Specialists" became a memorable and successful campaign that helped strengthen Ford Service's connection with its customers.
